The constant changes occurring in the economic scenarios, brought about by the action of the business sectors, as well as the intervention of the State, globalization has significantly affected the business sector, forcing companies, to its management, be attentive to them, giving way to actions, plans that favor him. The fact, that the characteristics of the current stage, dynamic, aggressive, full of opportunities, but also threats, forcing management to determine which should be his managerial style that allows ensuring a good organizational development, in such a way that may lead it to restructure its administrative functions, their systems if necessary.
