This acceptable usage policy, AUP, applies to all customers of Software Innovators, Inc. Software Innovators, Inc. reserves the right to change any part or all of this AUP at any time without prior notice. Please be sure to read this page in full before signing up for any of Software Innovators, Inc.'s web hosting plans. If you have any questions about any part of this AUP please be sure to email us at sales@software-innovators.com before signing up with any of our plans. Signing up with any of Software Innovators, Inc.'s plans will be deemed as a confirmation that you agree with all sections of this AUP.

Software Innovators, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or deny access, without any prior notice, to anyone who violates the terms and/or restrictions set forth on this page. If you do not agree with any part of this AUP please discontinue your account immediately and email us at sales@software-innovators.com.

General Policies

Unacceptable uses of your account include, but are not limited to: Bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, spam site advertising, newsgroup spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, online gambling, and/or anything else determined by us to be unacceptable use of Software Innovators, Inc.'s services.

Prohibited Activities:

Mass Emailing by anyone through the Software Innovators, Inc. network is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes ANY of the email address's hosted by Software Innovators, Inc..
Resale or giving away of Software Innovators, Inc.’s products and services without the express prior written consent by Software Innovators, Inc.
The running of any malicious software on the Software Innovators, Inc. network, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, crackers, or worms.
Any kind of network monitoring done on the Software Innovators, Inc. network without written consent by Software Innovators, Inc. is also strictly prohibited.
Any sending of any information to Software Innovators, Inc.'s or any other internet network in the attempt to disrupt that network.
Providing Software Innovators, Inc. with false or incorrect data on the order form including but not limited to name, address, phone number and/or credit card number.
Utilizing the Software Innovators, Inc. network to access IRC or use IRC bots.
Access other networks and abusing their resources from the Software Innovators, Inc. network such as sending emails or news postings through another networks server.
Utilizing the Software Innovators, Inc. network and/or any Software Innovators, Inc. resources to promote or display nudity, raciest, adult, explicit, or sexually related websites. Software Innovators, Inc. reserves the right to decide which content falls in to this category and which do not.
The usage of more than 30% of Software Innovators, Inc.'s network by any one site at any given time.

Responsibility:

As a user on the Software Innovators, Inc. network you are responsible for all of the information and/or data pertaining to your account. This includes taking responsibility for all the material on your site and stored in your account to ensure that is does not violate and local, state, federal, or international laws.

Software Innovators, Inc. makes no guarantee of the security and/or privacy of the information either stored on the Software Innovators, Inc. technology or transmitted through the Software Innovators, Inc. network and makes no guarantee that any other entity will be included and/or excluded from the Software Innovators, Inc. network. Software Innovators, Inc. staff may also periodically monitor the transmissions on the Software Innovators, Inc. network for maintenance and/or service quality assurance.

Should anyone violate any aspect of this AUP your account may be terminated at the discretion of the Software Innovators, Inc. staff without notice and without refund.
